Ross goes Dutch

A massive well done and big up for Ross who won the Dutch Open yesterday - we think you are great! Can we start talking about golf lessons for Leo yet so he can start supporting his folks?

Introducing Mrs Bradbury

Amanda and Jon tied the knot yesterday and it was a truly fantastic day! The sun was shining (which is a miracle in itself!) and the champers was flowing.

Amanda looked beautiful and we were so proud watching our two great friends join 'the married's'!

I've got gnashers!!

OK so you can't see them in this picture but Leo looked so damn cute we couldn't resist!

Over the weekend Leo sprouted two teeth - front top and bottom! He is now enjoying chomping down on Mummy or Daddy's fingers with his new pegs....ouch.

Oldies but goodies

As it took us so long to set up the blog we have never put up any of the 'early days' pictures. So here are some of when Leo the Lion was even more of a cub.

Here's Leo at just a few minutes old. Excuse the dodgy hair and lack of make-up but I had just given birth!

Can't believe he was ever this little. Can I have another one please Paul?!?

Cuddling up to Mummy when he was just three days old. Those little lips, the button nose, the diddy ears......I am off for a quick cry!

Leo's been gunged........

It is the beginning of dinnertime in the Giles household and all is calm. Yes, it looks like a big plate of food but if you saw how much I manage to fling at my oldies you would understand why.

Also because I spend too much time trying to gum my bib, Mummy and Daddy decide to not bother putting one on. Hmmm I think they may be a little mad.............

Check me out...........what fun I have had! I never liked that top anyway.

I heard Mummy saying something about naked eating from tomorrow. Not sure what she meant by that.

Off to the bath for me.

Mummy told me I must eat my greens

Yummy........nothing better than chomping on a floret of broccoli.

I wanna get going!

Leo has decided that it is almost time for him to start exploring the world. As you can see, he is now up on his knees and rocking back and forth in preparation of crawling.

A very exciting time for us all and we are just waiting for the chaos to begin!

Cluck cluck

I took a much deserved (!) couple of days off for Amanda's hen party this weekend. We had a fantastic time in La Touquet and we are just looking forward to the wedding now!

Time for some zzzzz's

After such an exciting weekend Leo just couldn't take anymore and decided it was time to do his second favourite activity after smiling.....sleeping!

After having over an hour in his cot he came downstairs to just fall asleep again on Mummy. Cutie!

Mine's a pint!

After all the excitement of the weekend we decided it was time for some family time so we headed straight to the pub on Sunday.

Sat in the pub garden, had some lovely lunch and then went for a walk around a lake. It was hot, hot, hot but Leo didn't complain and was his usual smiley self!

Another day, another party!

On Saturday we were off to our second BBQ of the weekend! We got together with friends we met at our antenatel classes to celebrate all the little munchins hitting six months.

The weather was fantastic and Leo was more than happy to jump into the paddling pool to cool off and show off his gorgeous bod!

Leo loves to party!!

Leo is such a social creature so this weekend was his dream come true!

On Friday evening we had our friends over for a BBQ (namecheck left to right - Shell, Jo, Johnny and Ross) and Leo loved catching up with his mates.

Please come again to see us soon!

I do like to be beside the seaside....

We headed to beach yesterday and the sun shone all day! Leo dipped his toes in the sea, sat and watched the world go by but he wasn't so sure about the seaweed...yuck.

The sun has got his hat on!!

Yippee....sunshine! To celebrate Nanna Anna's birthday we all took to the garden and finally fired up the barbie. Leo kept a close eye on everybody and even had a couple of mouthfuls of jacket potato!
